The Nezone Group is a multi-plant manufacturer and supplier, specializing in the production of top quality electric-welded steel tubes. Starting with Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel tubes both Black & Galvanised of different dimensions, the group has carefully extended its capabilities to manufacture Cold Rolled (CR) & Cold Rolled Close Annealed (CRCA) Strips, Precision Tubes, Hollow Steel Sections (RHS/SHS), OD Series Pipes for Idlers, Swaged Poles Tubular Towers and other related products.

Founded in 1981 with high standards, skills and determination, Nezone today is a one stop shop for all your welded steel tubes, from in-house slitting, tube forming, galvanizing to user-specific packaging. The operations of the Nezone Group are designed for cost-effective production. The plants have the capacity to handle large production runs and specialize in contract manufacturing.

The group has established & other manufacturing unit at Kalinganagar in Orissa for manufacturing different type of ERW Pipes, Hollow Steel Section etc to cater the increase demand of its customers.

The group enjoys a position of prominence in the eastern and north-eastern region of India. Along with the domestic market, Nezone's products have been well accepted in countries like Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nigeria and other regions. Nezone Tubes Limited and Nezone Strips Limited have received different Export Excellence Awards from Engineering Export Promotion Council, the canalizing agency for export of engineering products from India.This year also our group company Nezone Tubes Ltd has been selected by EEPC INDIA for the prestigious All-India Export Excellence Awards of EEPC INDIA in the category.

Application of Our Products

NEZONE Round MS Black & G.I. Pipes/Tubes are being utilized in water supply, irrigation, gas, airline, telecom, tubular structure, scaffolding, tubular poles, telecommunication D.P. box, OFP cable line, roof support in coal mines, manufacturing idlers for material handling conveyor belt, etc.

NEZONE Hollow Steel Sections (RHS/SHS) Tubes are utilized in automobile chassis, industrial sheds, bridges, foot over bridges, towers, low cost steel housing, pedestrian guard-railing, large span exhibition hall, cranes, light post for rural electrification in hilly area, bus body structure, furniture, racks, amusement park equipments, material storage, partition frame work, etc.

NEZONE Precision Tubes Round/Hollow Steel Sections (manufactured from CR coils) are utilized in manufacturing steel furniture, i.e. bed, chair, tables, trolley, etc., auto components, automobile chassis, bus body structure, cycle frames and parts, structures/racks, transformer, TV antenna, umbrella electrical conduit, lancing purpose, manufacturing footpath fencing, kerosene stove/gas lighters, general engineering purposes, air preheater tubes (ERW) for thermal power stations/sugar mills, etc.
